Guarantee, Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

• In case of No Show:
  – 1 night will be charged penalty as per the contracted rates during the low season period,
  – Full stay charged penalty during the high season period,
• Special Cases:
  – During high and low season, in case of unexpected departure, or booking modification, full stay will be charged,

Please note that:

• Check-in time is at 14:00 and Check-out is at 12:00 noon.
• Late Check-out till 18:00 will be charged half night, and after 18:00 will be charged full night.
• For Children, less than 6 years, the extra bed, and the breakfast are free, when 2 child less than 6 years old are accommodated with their parents, they will be charged as I adult,
• Children above 6 years old will be considered as adults,
• Each Deluxe double room can accommodate 3 persons maximum, for the families with 2 child and up, the room that should be booked is either family rooms, premium junior suite, or executive suite rooms.
• Airport Pick-Up is available upon request.
• Any extra person in the room, will be charged 25, that will also entitle him of free buffet breakfast,
